This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statute. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless yoursite.com from any claims resulting from the use of service which damages the subscriber or any other party.

Examples of unacceptable use of our Web proxies.

1. Powering Robots.
2. Sending Spam and Unsolicited messages.
3. Hacking and/or defacing websites and servers.
4. Distributing and/or downloading Warez, and pirated software.
5. Using our service to access Sensitive data. PLEASE REFER to Section (5) of this agreement for more information.
